Imphal, January 10 2019: The wall calendar and diary of State Government for 2019 were released by Secretary (IPR), Athem Muivah at his office chamber, New Secretariat, Imphal today.

The wall calendar highlights the achievements and initiatives launched by the Government during the year 2018 apart from the scenic beauties of Manipur.

The lunar calendar (Manipuri Thaban) and holidays (both general & restricted) are incorporated in both the calendar and diary, which are based on the Government approved Manipuri Thaban provided by Shree Shree Govindaji Temple Board, Imphal and holiday list of General Administrative Department, Govt of Manipur.

The diaries were printed by Ranchi based firm M/S ASN Communication while the calendars were printed by Reliable Agency, Imphal West.

The price of the calendar and diary is Rs 80 and Rs 170 respectively and it will be made available to the public from January 14 at DIPR office, Moirangkhom and Keishampat.

Deputy Secretary (IPR) M Kamala, Joint Director (IPR) W Phajatombi and Under Secretary (IPR) A Heera attended the releasing function among others.
