Imphal, June 09 2020: As a part of World Environment day observation, CRPF group centre at Langjing organised a mass plantation programme at their campus areas on June 8 .

The programme was attended by DIGP Irungbam Lokendra Singh as chief guest.

Speaking at the programme the DIGP informed that CRPF Langjing is aiming to plant more than 15,000 saplings in the coming days at Patsoi area, Langjing Achouba and at CRPF post 4.Digging of pits for the plantation will be completed by June 20, he said.

Around 250 saplings were planted during the programme, said a statement of CRPF Langjing.
