Kakching, February 08 2020: Social Audit Gram Sabha for Irengband Gram Panchayat, Kakching CD Block was held today at Sora Karanchi Community Hall.

The sabha presided by a local elder, Haji Siraj Ahamad was attended by Kakching Zilla Parishad Up Adhyaksha, Md Nazimuddin; Irengband Gram Panchayat Pradhan, Md Badur; MGNREGS Thoubal Project Officer, S Nabachandra; Kakching and Thoubal Districts social auditor Th Shantikumar among others.

In the sabha, deliberations were made on the benefits received by the job cardholders of the area in the Financial Year 2018-19 under MG-NREGA and PMAY-Gramin.

A Social audit Gram Sabha for Haochang, Ijeirong, Oktan (Puichi) Makhuam and Luangchum villages under Haochong TD Block, Noney District was also held yesterday at Makhuam Part-5 .
