As many organisations continue to voice their stand against the Framework Agreement, Reformist Students' Front (RSF) said that it will launch democratic form of protests from September 10 to 30 denouncing the agreement which has the "potential to infringe upon the integrity and sovereignty of the State".
Demanding that the Framework Agreement be made public, RSF said that the secretiveness of the agreement signed between the NSCN-IM and the Government of India has apprehension among the people of Manipur.
It further denounced the planned extension of Article 371A of the Indian Constitution and said that the article, if extended will compromise the sovereignty of the State.
It advised the Government of India and State Government to work in accordance with the aspirations of the people and maintained that the Government of India should maintain transparency in the matter and never act against the interests of the people and the State.
RSF further appealed the people of the State to lend their untiring support to the organisation's planned democratic protests from September 10 .
