Claiming that the Government of Manipur and the Indian military have been planning a surrender programme shortly, the armed outfit PREPAK (Pro) has cautioned that such surrender dramas always victimise youngsters of the land.
Convincing gullible youngsters with false promises of providing jobs, the Indian military, on several occasions, forced civilians to pose as UG cadres during such surrender dramas, the outfit alleged in a press release issued by its assistant publicity and propaganda
secretary Sunil M .
It was not long ago when a furore erupted in Khurai area after it came to light that a few agents of the Indian military were mobilising innocent youngsters to take part in a surrender drama in the name of PREPAK (Pro).
It was only some deserters who have been working to malign the party's image when they could not maintain discipline and rules demanded of a revolutionary cadre.
Such alleged fake surrender drama is a convenient means of earning easy money for high ranking Indian military offic-ers posted in Manipur and their civil cohorts of the State Government, it asserted.
