AMCO meets key leaders of KSDC at Bijang

Imphal, November 23 2012: The All Manipur Christian Organization (AMCO) leaders headed by President Rev.Prim Vaiphei had a meeting and prayer fellowship with the key leaders of Kuki State Demand Committee (KSDC) at their head office, Bijang Vengnom, Churachandpur today.

According to a statement issued by Publicity and Information Secretary of AMCO Rev L Simon Raomei, the mission of the AMCO's visit was to bring about peace and proper understanding in the movement of the Demand Committee.

The AMCO also advised the Committee to carry out their endeavour without offending the sentiment and by respecting the rights of the general public.

AMCO leaders also prayed with them, so as to enable them to do everything in a Christian manner without any violence, Rev Raomai informed and quoted, "For Blessed are the peacemaker for they shall be called God's Children" Matthew 5:8 .
