Jiribam, December 22 2021: IT Enabled Mega Convergence of Health-Nutrition-Education programme was organised by District Administration, Jiribam at Jiribam Municipality Council Auditorium Hall on Tuesday.

Chief Minister N Biren Singh also participated in the event conducted through video conferencing.

K Saratkumar, vice chairman, Manipur Food Industries Corporation Limited; Jameson Hangshing, Additional Deputy Commissioner; L Veerjit, BJP spokesperson and Th Sadananda Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police attended the event.

As part of the programme, K Saratkumar Singh and Jameson Hangshing distributed 12 smartphones to the beneficiaries from Netaji High School, Latingkhal High School, Kalinagar Govt High School, Kasturba Girls' High School, Borobekra Higher Secondary School, Auxiliary Nurse Midwife and Family Health Service.

Anganwadi workers and e-ASHA workers from different parts of Jiribam also attended the programme.
