Imphal, March 22 2015: With the total figure of officially confirmed Swine Flu cases touching five, the State Government has geared up to conduct an extensive survey about the disease.

Blood sample of a patiently currently undergoing treatment at a hospital tested positive for Swine Flu today.

The woman patient is from Imphal West district.

While two Swine Flu patients succumbed to virus, two others were discharged from hospitals after recovery.

With the figure of Swine Flu cases rising steadily, the Government is likely to conduct an extensive survey about the disease.

The sur vey would focus on people suffering from cold and/or fever and a detailed programme list would be chalked out soon.

On the other hand, Directorate of AYUSH has been distributing Arsenic Album pills at different places with a view to prevent Swine Flu infection as far as possible.
