Thoubal, August 21 2019: District administration, Thoubal organised a farewell cum welcome ceremony of the outgoing DC, Thoubal Haobam Rosita and the incoming DC N Bandana at the conference hall of the DC Office, Thoubal today.

In her farewell speech, the outgoing DC Haobam Rosita expressed her gratitude towards the staff for the respect and love shown to her during her stay and credited all the achievements made in the district during her tenure, to the DLOs and employees.

Assuring to do her best for the district, the incoming DC N Bandana also sought the support and cooperation of all the officers and staff in the district.

A luncheon party, to show honour and love to the outgoing DC and the new DC, was also held at the counting hall of DC office, Thoubal.

Notably, the outgoing DC has served in the district from January 31, 2018 till August 6, this year.

The new DC served as Joint Secretary (Health) & CEO/State Health Agency at Imphal before her appointment as DC of Thoubal district.
