"Kukis observed Black Day not against anyone but for justice to all victims of NSCN (IM) atrocities in early nineties", pointed out Thangminlen Haokip.
He continued that during the NSCN (IM)'s systematic attacks in 1992 and 1993, about 1,000 innocent Kukis were killed, 360 villages were uprooted and nearly one lakh villagers displaced, but the Government of India is still ignoring to deliver Justice to the victims.
