Imphal, December 01, 2012:
With talks between the officials of 26 Assam Rifles and the agitating staffs of FCI, Jiribam over alleged beating up of two home guards on November 26 failed to arrive at any amicable solution, all the FCI offices in the state have decided to observe indefinite shut down from December 3. The authorities of the FCI postponed their shut down stir till December 3 as December 2 happens to be a Sunday.

The developments during these days would be monitored and further course of actions would be chalked out.
