Imphal, October 31 2021: A 'Peace Poster Contest' was held today at Ima Khunthokhanbi Shanglen, Imphal organised by the Lions Club of Imphal Global.

26 students participated in the contest which was held on the theme 'we all are connected' and 3 winners and 4 achievers were selected, said a statement issued by the Lions Club of Imphal Global.

Presila H of KV Lamphel, Julian L of KV Langjing and S Echan of JNV Khumbong got 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively while Minerva Th (KV Langjing), Juliana T (KV Lamphel), Y Pritam Raj (JNV) and Ng Nipilen (RK Sanatombi School) were the merit award achievers, added the statement.

Prizes will be distributed at the Charter Night celebration which may be held in the second week of November.

Similar competition was also organised by the Lions Club of Imphal East at Kongpal Kongkhal Leikai today.

Taniya Oinam of Nirmalabas High School and Leishangthem Rup Singh of KV Lamphel won the first and the second prizes respectively.
