Imphal, December 27 2019: Republican Party of India - Athawale (RPI-A) State president Maheshwar Thounaojam has clarified that RPI-A has no relation whatsoever with other factions of RPI.

Speaking to media persons at RPI-A office at Keishampat yesterday, he said that RPI-A led by Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale, is a political party recognised by the Election Commission of India (ECI) .

He then clarified that RPI-A has no relation with any other faction of RPI.

On the other hand, he conveyed that the 60th birthday of Ramdas Athawale was yesterday and wished the supremo on the auspicious occasion.
