Imphal, October 25 2016: A one day Financial Literacy Awareness Programme was organised yesterday at the residence of L Helendro Singh, chief coordinator, Kangmong Youth Farmers Club at Kamong Meisnam Mayai Leikai, Imphal West.

It was organised by People Development Society with the support of FIF, informed a statement.

Samom Nabakumar Meitei, Member Bamdiar ZP and Thockchom Biramangol Singh, CEO, People Development Society graced the function as the chief guest and president respectively while social worker Moirangthem Chaoba Singh and Leimapokpam Helendro Singh, Chief Coordinator, Kangmong Youth Farmers' Club attended as the guests of honour.

Biramangol also delivered a lecture on the rural financial services, family budgeting, sources of income and others at the programme.
