Imphal, May 24 2018: In view of the prevailing academic atmosphere of the State and to enhance the standards of higher educational institutions and initiated by NAAC in the office of Maharaja Bodhachandra College, an emergency staff meeting presided by the College Principal Imphal was held on May 19 at the conference call of the College.

The meeting resolved to constitute an organising committee for holding a two day seminar on "Assessment of Higher Educational Institution by NAAC: Problems & Prospects" on May 26, conveyed a press release issued by Convenor of the organising committee.

It stated that Education Minister Th Radheshyam will grace the seminar as chief guest and Prof Aran Kumar, Dean, School oh Human & Environmental Science, Prof S Dorendrajit Singh, Director IQAC Manipur University will attend as guests of honour among others.

While, Prof Adya Prasad Pandey, Vice Chancellor MU has consented to preside over the function, it added.
