Imphal, August 22 2020: The Leihou Khunai Kanba Luptin (LKKL) has said that they will support the demands of the Manipuri diasporas in Assam for the inclusion of Manipuri language as an associate official language of Assam as well as inclusion of the language to the list of subjects in the examinations conducted by Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) .

LKKL has appealed to the State Government and the people to support demands of Manipuri diasporas in Assam in the interest of preserving Manipuri language.
