Health Mela held in CCpur, Kakching districts

CCpur/Kakching, April 22 2022: CHURACHANDPUR: The last leg of the Health Mela organised as a part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration with respect to Churachandpur district, was held on Friday at YPA HGQ hall, Hiangtam Lamka for Lamka Block.

The programme was attended by Khamkhanthuam alias Thuampi on behalf of MLA LM Khaute as chief guest and SDO Churachandpur as functional president while deputy commissioner Pawan Yadav was present as guest of honour and CMO Dr Kimngaihching as the chief host.

The Health Mela had 20 stalls to provide free medical check-up and medicines while the dignitaries distributed 5 kg rice each to five beneficiaries under PMGKAY.

KAKCHING: The Block Health Mela and Telemedicine of Ayushman Bharat - HWC under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and government's 100 days action plan was conducted at Langmeidong Dramatic Union hall, Langmeidong Block on Friday.

The programme organised by District Health Society (DHS), Kakching was attended by Hiyanglam MLA Dr Yumnam Radheshyam as chief guest and District Health Society chairman and deputy commissioner Somorjit Salam as president, while Kakching Zilla Parishad member-Waikhong ZP Constituency Chongtham Indrajit, chief medical officer Kakching Dr Thoudem Rajen, social worker Elangbam Ratankumar were present as guests of honour.

On the other hand, DHS Chandel conducted Block Health Mela at Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) Saibol -Joupi, Khengjoi Block on Friday.

As part of the Mela, 23 stalls were opened for providing medical services to the people.

Similarly, a Block Health Mela was organised by DHS Chandel at Community Health Centre (CHC) Chakpikarong, Chakpikarong Block on April 20 .
