NCC C-Certificate Examination conducted

Marking a significant milestone in the realm of youth empowerment in the State, the National Cadet Corps (NCC) conducted the C-Certificate Examination at Sainik School, Imphal, Chandel, Churachandpur and Ukhrul today.
The examination saw enthusiastic participation of 335 Senior Division Cadets.
Brig SR Sharma, SM, VSM, Group Commander, Group HQ NCC, Imphal visited the Sainik School during the event and highlighted the importance of the examination in shaping the future leaders of the State.
He said "The C-Certificate Examination not only evaluates the cadets' skills but also instills in them a sense of responsibility and commitment".
The event witnessed commendable support from Armed Forces to include Army and Assam Rifles, local authorities, educational institutions and the community at large, reflecting their collective dedication to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
Notably, the C-Certificate Examination is a pivotal assessment within the NCC framework, aimed at evaluating cadets' proficiency in various military and leadership skills.
It tests their knowledge in subjects ranging from weapon training and drill practices to map reading and fieldcraft.
