Imphal, December 14 2020: Oinam Manimukta Singh who secured 6th position in BA Geography (Honours) under Manipur University Examination for the academic session 2019-20 was felicitated today at the community hall of Nongmaikhong Mayai Leikai organised by SEDON Club Nongmaikhong.

Oinam Manimukta is a resident of Nongmaikhong Awang Leikai in Hiyanglam A'C in Kakching district.

Yumnam Joyraj, Additional SP of Kakching District, Ningthoujam Ayingbi Devi, Pradhan of Arong Nongmaikhong Gram Panchayat and Phuritsabam Jiten, Adhyaksha of Kakching Zilla Parishad attended as the presidium members among others.

Cash award along with certificate were presented to Oinam Manimukta by SEDON Club, Additional SP Y Joyraj stated that the club members, Meira Paibis and the elderly people have a huge responsibility in guiding the youth of today towards the correct path.

Oinam Manimukta stated that a student who has the proper knowledge of the right and wrong will never venture into the wrong path and as a student one needs to be cautious always.

He wants to be an IAS officer and serve the society for good, he added.
