Bishnupur, November 11 2024: The Thangjing Art & Cultural Academy Moirang showcased a production of folk play Ningthi Ngaangba Pamheiba at Moirang College Gate Community Hall today.

The play was funded under the Cultural Function and Production Grant Scheme (CPGS), Ministry of Culture Government of India.

Many notable dignitaries were present at the showcase of the folk play based on Moirang Kangleirol, including Konjengbam Jayanti, former president, Thangjing Art & Cultural Academy Moirang as the chief guest; Ahanthem Rajmohon Singh, president, Thangjing Art & Cultural Academy Moirang as the functional president and Philem Tampakleima Devi, vice-principal, Sagang High School as the guest of honour.
