RIMC entrance exam 2019: Two from Manipur qualify

Two from Kakching, Moirangthem Roslin and Loyanganba Naorem have made it to the State-wise (Manipur) merit list of the RIMC (Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun) entrance exam 2019 .
Moirangthem Roslin Singh is son of Moirangthem Chourajit Singh of Kakching Chumnang and Loyanganba Naorem is son of Naorem Gyanand Singh of Kakching Wairi Senapati Leikai.
They will now face the last leg of the examination which is a medical fitness test before joining the prestigious institute.
If selected they will get admission to Class VIII at the RIMC.
Expressing excitement over the result which was declared on August 6, M Roslin said this was a result of his hardwork and genuine guidance of his mentor, Yengkhom Rajendra Singh, who is also a Liaison Officer at the Planning Department.
"Our teacher (Y Rajendra) guided and helped us immensely in the preparation for the examination," Roslin said, giving all the credit to his parents and his mentor.
Their mentor, Y Rajendra of Kakching Mayai Leikai has so far guided and helped 11 students enter the RIMC.
One of his students is in NDA and another is in IMA, waiting for commission.
