NPR forms to be issued from Jan 2-15

Imphal, December 31 2013 : Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West District has informed that NPR forms for residents who were left out in Population Census, 2011 in connection with biometric enrolment will be available at the offices of Executive Officer/IMC in respect of IMC Wards within Imphal West District; Sub-Divisional Office, Lamphel in respect of the Revenue Villages namely 44-Heinoukhongembi, 46-Naoriya Pakhanglakpa, 59-Oinam Thingel Part (GP Area), 60-Sorokhaibam leikai, 61-Ahongshangbam Leikai, 62-Maibam Leikai, 85-Sagolband Part (GP Area), 93-Takyel Mapal; Sub-Divisional Office, Lamsang in respect of Lamsang and Sekmai ACs; Sub-Divisional Office, Patsoi in respect of Patsoi and Konthoujam ACs; Sub-Divisional Office, Wangoi in respect of Mayang Imphal, Wangoi, Langthabal and Naoriya Pakhanglakpa ACs from January 2-15, 2014 .

It further requested the concerned general public to collect the NPR forms and submit the filled up forms to the respective Charge Officers latest by January 20, 2014 .
