Thoubal, September 26 2020: Extending aid to families of Thoubal Municipal Council Ward no 9 which is a declared containment area, and those undergoing home quarantine, Councillor of the Ward, W Ibochouba provided essential items to them today.

The essential items of rice, cooking oil, salt, potatoes, daal, hand gloves, sanitizers, masks, soaps and lemon saplings were personally handed out by the Councillor by visiting the households.

It may be mentioned that this is the third such distribution programme by Councillor W Ibochouba to help those in containment areas who are facing hardships in procuring essential and other items.
