Imphal, June 25 2013: Three frontal organisations of Tamei namely Tamei Students' Union, Tamei Women Front and Tameu H.Q Youth Club have picketed the office of SDO Tamei since yesterday.

In a joint statement, the three frontal organizations pointed out that SDO of Tamei Bogen Singh issued a residential certificate to a non-resident of Tamei in the year 2010 .

So the frontal organisation of Tamei submitted an ultimatum to the DC, SDO and SDC to cancel the residential certificate issued in favour of Caleb Injiengam Panmei on or before 23rd June, 2013 .

Since there is no response and the bogus certificate not cancelled, the organisations have taken up their own course of action.
