Minister assures to consult ADCs in implementation of Bill

CCpur, March 24 2018: The District Council, Churachandpur will be consulted while implementing the Agriculture Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, 2018, enacted by Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Govt of India which was also introduced in the last budget session in the State.

This was stated by Agriculture, Vety and AH Minister V Hangkhanlian during a film release cum premiere show held today at YPA Hall, Hiangtam Lamka, Churachandpur.

He said that the Bill will be implemented with local adjustment.

Concerned ADCs will be consulted as per provisions of the Bill.

Delving on the film which got released today, V.Hangkhanlian said that films have immense influence in everyday life.

Film with good morals and impressive endings have long-lasting impact on people and their habit.

As such films with positive impacts would go a long way in shaping a better society.

The programme was attended by Khaipao Haokip, Chairman ADC- Churachandpur, P Kamkholal EM, ADC-Churachandpur and G Thangkhosuanmung MDC, ADC-Churachandpur & Chief of Hiangtam Lamka.
