The MLA said that the resolution to demand disclosure of the contents of the Framework Agreement was adopted on the concluding day of the Manipur Legislative Assembly session yesterday.
He said the Chief Minister should now lead and all the 60 MLAs in the House should go to New Delhi .

He said the help was a personal contribution while adding journalists play a crucial role in the society.
In Manipur, the journalists are also responsible for bringing peace and prosperity, Kh Joykishan added .
He also wished a speedy recovery for Chandam Netraj who had been in a critical condition .
The MLA continued that the journalists played a critical role with reference to the Indo-Naga peace deal between the Government of India and NSCN IM.
Particularly on June 18, they played a major role in building a people's movement to protect the integrity of the State, he added .
He expressed they (journalists) will continue to serve the public with proper media coverage and reporting while referring to the prevailing apprehension created by the clandestine Framework Agreement.
Kh Joykisan went on praising the journalists saying they are also responsible for bridging the gap between the people of the hills and valley .
Coming back to the issue of the Framework Agreement, he said adopting a resolution unanimously was not enough and it was still inadequate that the Centre would be informed about the resolution .
It is essential that the Chief Minister should lead and cutting across party lines all the 60 MLAs should go and meet the Prime Minister.
He said, adding they should elicit concrete assurance from the PM that there would be no disintegration of Manipur .
Talking about the ILPS, the MLA said it seemed that the movement is losing ground with the arrival of the new Government and stated that a law on ILP system is possible only when there is a Congress Government in the State .
He also took a jibe at the BJP-led government saying the movement has lost ground as the public do not believe the ruling Government would do anything about it.
