30th foundation day of SSAWA Thoubal celebrated

Thoubal, October 19 2019: The 30th foundation day of Social Service and Welfare Association (SSAWA) Thoubal was celebrated with the display of traditional dance performances and cultural programme at its ground at Thoubal Wangmataba Sorok Makha.

As a part of the observance function, senior citizens were also honoured with modest gifts.

The function was attended by MLA Khangabok AC, Okram Surjakumar as chief guest, vice-president SSAWA, L Ibopishak as functional president while councillor ward no 1, Thoubal Municipal Council, Okram Inaotombi Devi, ward members Ningombam Anita Devi and Ningombam Nanda Singh attended the function as guests of honour.

As a part of the function, founder members of the association and other senior citizens were also honoured with simple gifts.

Various cultural programme were also performed during the function.
