Online ticketing website for Sangai Fest launched

Imphal, November 18 2017: In a bid to reduce the long queue at ticket counters at the venues of Sangai Festival 2017, Globizs Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, ticketing partner of the tourism festival today launched online ticketing website www.sangaiticket.com where tickets of the three venues Hapta Kangjeibung, Lamboikhongnangkhong and Khuman Lampak are available for booking.

Addressing a press meet at its office located at Konung Mamang, managing director, Globizs Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, Roshni Kumar Yambem informed that tickets are priced at Rs 30 for Hapta Kangjeibung and Rs 20 for Lamboikhongnangkhong and Khuman Lampak.

He said that each of the venue locations will be equipped with infra red counters to monitor the number of visitors both at the entry and exit points.

He also said that visitors can also purchase physical tickets from the event venues and dedicated locations including Singjamei, Kongba, Kwakeithel, Nambol, Lamlong, Lilong, Thangmeiband, Keishampat and Uripok.

Efforts are being made to make the tickets available at most of the district headquarters, he added.

A dedicated mobile application has also been released exclusively for Sangai Festival 2017.One can download the Android app from Google Play Store by searching the word �Manipur Sangai Festival 2017" .

The app has the features of event calendar of each day of the venue ticket booking, venue location, visitors count, news and feedback submission facility, Roshni Kumar said.
