Nomination for Sardar Patel National Unity Award, 2021

Imphal, August 04 2021: Nominations/recommen dations are invited for the highest civilian award in the field of contribution to the unity and integrity of India 'Sardar Patel National Unity Award, 2021'.Eligible citizens or institutions may submit their details to State Home Department by August 7 in the format available on the website https://nationalunityawards.mha.gov.in designed for this purpose.

It may be mentioned that the award is instituted by the Government of India and it will be announced on the occasion of the National Unity Day, ie, October 31.The Sardar Patel National Unity Award seeks to recognize the notable and inspiring contributions made by the citizens/institutions of India to promote the cause of national unity and integrity and to reinforce the value of a strong and united India.

All citizens of India without distinction of religion, race, caste, gender, place or birth, age or occupation and any institutions/organizations are eligible for the award.
