25th month-long Moirang Parva theatre training from June 9

Imphal, June 03 2019: Theatre Mirror in association with Manipur State Shumang Leela Council will be organising a month long 25th Moirang Parva theatre training from June 9 .

Speaking to media persons at Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen today, Theatre Mirror and Manipur State Shumang Leela Council project director Naba Wareppa said that participants from different communities will be taking part in the annual training programme which will be conducted at Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen.

Manipur State Shumang Leela Council life time secretary Hemanta along with Manipur State Shumang Leela Council life time president Ph Gunchandra and Ksh Jugindro will be coordinators of the training.

Varieties of events/activities on music, theatre, film, children's programme etc will be held during the one month training.

Experts will speak at the training programme, he said and added that an interaction programme on role of media will also be conducted.

Interested individuals between the age of 7 and 80 can participate in the programme, he added.

Naba further informed that a registration fee of Rs 300 along with passport photo and ID has to be submitted at the office of the Council in Konung Lampak.
