Drug users rounded up at Thoubal Kshetri leikai

Thoubal, May 26 2019: Members of Rising Qub, Thoubal Kshetri leikai and the locals rounded up 8 smugglers of Heroin No 4 including drug users and handed overto Thoubal Police Station.

Speaking to the media person, member of Rising Qub, Maibam Samananda said that they were on the look out for some persons who are regularly selling contraband drugs in Thoubal Kshetrileikai area and they were continuously raising their alertness to find those negative elements.

They got suspicious when 8 people were behaving in strange manner near Kshetrileikai Canal and upon checking found in possesion of about lOOgm of Heroin No 4 in 6 packs.
