Tengnoupal, November 25 2017: Secretary of Kwatha village authority, Ksh Iboyaima Singh has lauded contractor Kowar for taking the initiative to deposit pebbles and rocks along the road of Kwatha village along NH 102 .

He stated that Kowar, considering the pathetic road condition and in the larger interest of the villagers, has taken the initiative of laying pebbles along the said road, without a work order since October 27 .

Seeking the attention of the State Government, Iboyaima urged the authority concerned to black top the road since the initial stages are almost complete.

Although the construction work is taken up under PWD, he urged the authority concerned to shift the work from PWD to PMGSY and sanction the work order at the earliest so that a complete repairing of the road can be achieved.
