An individual who does not possess these qualities can never come out of the habit, no matter how much counseling he/she undergoes.
Delivering the Presidential speech, M Padmani Leima said that drugs do not differentiate between a poor and a rich or among caste and creed.
As such, both the people of the hills and plains are equally harmed by drugs in one way or the other.
So, it is time for the people of the hills and plains to come together and fight against the menace of drugs in the state.
Around 43 individuals who desire to give up drug habit are participating in the de-addiction camp.
