Drinking Water Supply Assn Keirak appeals

Kakching, February 17 2025: The Drinking Water Supply Keirak Association, Kakching has appealed to all concerned organisations to refrain from imposing unbearable monetary demands to the members of the association.

The association in a release stated that the members of the association are facing the brunt of the ongoing crisis in the State, and are struggling for their livelihood.

"Since the beginning of the conflict, we have been extending whatever we could by supplying drinking water to the frontline volunteers and to the relief camps of Kakching district, and will continue to do so in the future," said the association.

In addition to this, monthly EMIs of the vehicles, vehicle maintenance, and other donations have made more woes to the already suffering members of the association.

In view of the plight of the members, the association appealed to all concerned to refrain from imposing unbearable monetary demands on them.
