Union denounces change in location of driving test

Thoubal, October 05 2024: The Thoubal District Transporter's Union, Thoubal has spoken out against shifting of the driving test location for issuance of driving license from Thoubal to Yaral Pat in Imphal East district by the Thoubal District Transport Office.

A release issued by the Union has stated that the abrupt change in location of driving test has proved to be hugely inconvenient to Thoubal and Kakching residents and thus requested the concerned officials of the Department to ensure that driving tests are conducted in Thoubal as before.

Failing to do so, the Thoubal District Transporter's Union in association with the Kha Lam Transporter Union, Kakching will shut down the DTO Thoubal Office, warned the press release.
