UAL calls for unity of political parties

Imphal, August 05 2024: The Uripok ApunbaLup (UAL) has appealed to all the political parties to set aside their differences and work together to find a sustainable solution for the ongoing conflict in Manipur Addressing a press conference today at Manipur Press Club, UAL general secretary Samom Druva said that it is high time for all the politicians/leaders to stop their infightings and stand together across the political divide to restore peace & normalcy in the State.

He also asserted that if the Central and State Government do not make an effort to find a solution for the core issues, the conflict will not end and many innocent people will continue to suffer.

UAL president Potsangbam (o) Jayshree also appealed to all the CSOs to unite and work together with a common goal of restoring peace in the State.
