Imphal, December 31 2013 : 'Angamba Lambee', a book of poems written by Kongrailakpam Joymati Devi was released in a function attended by Prof H Behari Singh, convenor of Manipuri Language Advisory Board, Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi and Lairellakpam Iboton Singh, president of The Cultural Forum Manipur attending as Chief Guest and President respectively at Manipur Press Club here yesterday.

During the function which was organized by The Cultural Forum Manipur, Laimayum Birendrakumar Sharma presented a critical appreciation of the book.

It may be noted here that Kongrailakpam Joymati Devi has already received Dr Ambedkar Fellowship Award 2008 presented by Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi and is a life member of Sahitya Parishad, Bishnupur; The Cultural Forum Manipur and Language Manipur Advisory Board, Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi.
