Imphal, September 27 2017: The 100 hours Assistant Yoga Teachers' Training Camp organised by the Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) & Patanjali Yog Samiti Imphal West District concluded today at the Flash Mandap Complex, Wahengbam Leikai.

The function was attended by Sagolband MLA RK Imo Singh as chief guest, Chief Patron Member, Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) Manipur State as president, AMWJU president W Shamjai; Dr Y Lukhoi Singh, Additional Director (AYUSH), & Memeber Secretary EC State Ayush Society and Ksh Gopendra Singh, Rajya Prabhari, Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) Manipur State as guests of honour .

In his speech, MLA RK Imo said that good health is a primary prerequisite of a good life and modern lifestyle is full of health risks, like presence of harmful materials in our food stuffs and lack of open space for exercise etc .

As such, organising such training camps for the yoga teachers is a welcome move as it will help in improving health of the people of the State, he added.
