Therefore, it is extremely important to take steps to multiply entrepreneurs, and provide them the support structures necessary to stimulate and sustain their entrepreneurial spirit.
For this, potential entrepreneurs would need to be identified both in the hills and valley and handhold them in resolving problems, be they of confidence building, or of insufficient funding or of perceived extortion threats from liberation organizations, both real and fake.
Identifying what fields of enterprise are appropriate for Manipur at this point in time, how to develop it, and what problems beset it and how can the problems be overcome are necessary follow-through steps in developing entrepreneurs and concomitantly building the economy for a self-reliant future is the only way to boost the economy" .
"NEW STEPS FOR THE LIBERATION STRUGGLE: .
The last few years have witnessed the gap between the organizations espousing liberation struggle and the people.
In particular, the trust reposed by the people in these organizations is diminishing.
There are many reasons for this.
By far, though, the single most important reason is the failure of the organizations espousing armed liberation struggle is to wage a concerted fight against the Indian occupation forces.
Next, the substitution of consultation by the use of violence and brute force in the way these armed liberation groups related to the people alienated the latter.
The failure of these organizations to concertedly counter the deliberate policy of driving wedges between the people and organizations spearheading liberation struggles also contributed to the deteriorating relations.
The recent formation of Co-ordination Committee in July 2011 by seven revolutionary organizations to coordinate the common struggle against colonial occupation marks a departure from the past and is designed to win the trust of the people.
The UNLF affirms its determination to contribute its utmost in this endeavour to transform the hitherto separate struggles into a united struggle encompassing communities that constitute the Manipur mosaic in the centuries past" .
"INDIA'S INNER CONTRADICTIONS : .
The capitalist economy in India has successfully increased the number of crorepatis.
So has the number of families, drastically at that, who are not able to make both ends meet with their income.
Consequently, in Indian society today, the rich few are ranged against the dispossessed multitude in sharper class contradiction.
The continuing dispossession of the poor and the associated trend of the metropolis prospering at the expense of the villages have provoked the CPI (Maoists) across large swathes of Indian hinterland to mount an insurrection challenging the anti-poor policy of the Indian state" .
In conclusion, the Central Committee sent greetings to its "respected Chairman, members of the Central Committee and cadres as well as soldiers and local members of the organization who are now incarcerated in enemy prison as also the serving cadres and soldiers and to the families of those who have sacrificed their lives for the country and the people as well as those who have been rendered handicaps by the Indian occupation forces and also to those compatriots and sympathizers who are celebrating the party's anniversary in various places" .
It also extended reetings to all fraternal revolutionary organizations "waging war against India to regain Manipur's lost freedom on this forty seventh birth anniversary of the UNLF" .
Finally the Central Committee also extended it's respect and greetings to Irom chanu Sharmila for the courage and tenacity she has shown in demanding the revocation of the AFSPA which "has facilitated impunity for violence through a fast unto death spanning 11 years" .
