The drafting sub-committee on the Indo-Naga peace talk headed by Deputy Chief Minister Y Joykumar as chairman has drafted a representation which would be submitted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
The drafting sub-committee held a meeting from 4.30 pm till 6.40 pm and finalised the representation after minute deliberation which contains five/six points.
The drafting sub-committee would hold a meeting with Chief Minister N Biren at 10.30 am tomorrow and obtain the Chief Minister's approval of the draft representation.
A delegation of all political parties would go to Delhi on October 26 and submit the representation to the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister.
The task of securing appointments with the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister would be handled by the Chief Minister's Secretariat.
However, as of now, no appointments between the all parties delegation, the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister have been secured.
