AR continues tree plantation drives

Imphal, September 24 2020: Continuing it's afforestation drive in sync with the Ministry of Home Affairs initiative of tree plantations, the units of Keithelmanbi and Churachandpur Sectors of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised massive tree plantation drives at various locations of the State, over the last five days.

The units organised the drive with an aim to contribute towards preserving and promoting a healthy and pollution-free environment.

The plantation drive was organised at various locations in the Imphal valley and in Churachandpur.
