District level exhibition competition concluded

Thoubal, March 20 2015 : A 3 day district level science exhibition cum book fair, debate and quiz competitions organised under the aegis of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, Thoubal was concluded at DC Office counting hall, Thoubal today.

Y Shamu Singh, ZEO Kakching and H Priyokumar Singh, DI of Schools, ZEO Thoubal, Kh Amuba Singh, Zonal Education Officer, Zone � III Thoubal, and S Binokumari Devi, headmistress, Athokpam Junior High School attended the valedictory programme as the presidium members.

L Bijeta Devi, additional district programme manager, RMSA stressed on the importance of organising such programme for the youth.

W Preety Devi and Md Wajeeb of Khongjom Standard English School who presented an auto-charger model won the first position during the science exhibition.

Y Nirmala Devi of Wabagai Tera Urak High School, L Sonaly Chanu and A Sushma Sharma of Ananda Purna School Thoubal won the second and third positions respectively.

The first place for debate competition was won by T Rakshita Devi of KM Blooming Higher Secondary School, Khangabok while Joshika Heikrujam of Peace and Freedom Academy, Haokha and Baskaram Ningombam of KM Blooming Higher Secondary School, Khangabok occupied the second and third position respectively.

The first, second and third places for the quiz competition went to Kh Robinson Singh and M Ashokumar of New Public Higher Secondary School, Khangabok, Rakesh Ningthoujam and Hemjit Sanasam of KM Blooming Higher Secondary School, Khangabok, Akoijam Robindro and Loya Naorem of Peace and Freedom Academy, Thoubal.
