Thoubal, December 18 2016: Tentha United Youth Front and BJP Yuva Morcha, Tentha Unit, jointly organised a programme for youths of Tentha called, 'Youth for a new Tentha' at Tentha Khongbal today, our correspondent reports.

BJP Manipur State vice-president and former Minister H Hemanta lashed out at the Congress led Government of Manipur for blaming the Centre for the issues prevalent in the State.

On the recent incident where suspected NSCN IM cadres snatched away 9 service weapons from IRB and MR personnel at Nungkao, Hemanta said the State Government should launch combing operations and punish the perpetrators instead of sitting back and blaming the centre for not intervening.

Politics is an important weapon in all world issues.

Politics can bring peace and strengthen the bond between communities, he said.
