Kangpokpi, January 15 2022: As a part of its continuous efforts to reach out to the locals, 69 Bn CRPF under the aegis of Inspector General of Police (IGP), CRPF, M&N Sector organized a Civic Action Programme at New Keithelmanbi, Kangpokpi district on January 15 .

Bajrang Lal, Commandant 69 Bn CRPF presided over the event attended by officers, SO's, Jawans of the battalion and villagers of New Kaithelmanbi, said a release issued by CRPF.

Speaking on the occasion, Bajrang Lal conveyed that CRPF is a true friend and "Peace Keeper of the Nation" .

He also stated that CRPF will continue to serve the people of Manipur for their growth, development and prosperity.

The Commandant further assured to conduct more Civic Action Programmes in the future.

As part of the programme, solar lamps were also distributed to the villagers.

The locals appreciated the CRPF for its concern and expressed their support to the security force to bring peace and normalcy in the area.
