Prize distribution function held

Imphal, December 14 2020: The prize distribution function of the State level online dance competition 2020 organised by Ipak Films Production Manipur sponsored by Sayon Industries Pvt Ltd was held today at Manipur Press Club.

Paonam Brojen, MLA of Wangjing Tentha A/C, Dr S Manaoton Singh, advisor of Ipak Films, Mutum Robindro Singh, managing director of Sayon Industries, Khangembam Priyojit, secretary of North East India Security Service and social worker Oinam Romen graced the occasion as the presidium members.

Speaking as the chief guest, MLA Brojen said the State will progress rapidly if the people of the State value time and make the best use of it.

'Instead of criticizing one another, we should work collectively towards a unified society,' he added.

Stating that the dance competition will pave a successful future for the budding artistes, the MLA appealed to all to promote the art and culture of the State by availing all the assistances granted by the Government for the artistes.

Dr S Manaoton Singh thanked the public and the sponsors for their support towards Ipak Films and stated that they are planning to organise many other events in future and sought cooperation towards the same.

Cash award, citation and mementoes were awarded to all the winners.

Renowned folk singers of the State and the winners showcased their talents to the audience as well.
