KCP celebrates MFL raising day

Imphal, August 14 2020: The proscribed KCP celebrated the 16th raising day of its Miyamgi Fingang Lanmi (MFL) at the outfit's central headquarters, general headquarters, 131 battalion and other mobile units.

A press release issued by the outfit's information and publicity secretary-in-charge informed that the raising day celebration at 131 Bn was graced by MYL 1 st Bn CO Captain Dhana as chief guest and MFL CAS H Ibomcha as president.

MYL Captain Tamba and MFL G3 Captain Robin too attended the function as guests of honour.

The main features of the raising day celebrations were hoisting of MFL's flag, offering of tributes to the martyrs of the Anglo-Manipur War 1891 and the ongoing liberation movement and speeches by presidium members, it conveyed.
