Imphal, November 12 2021: The Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) is organising Swachhata Pakhwada in collaboration with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights.

MCPCR chairperson Manibabu Phurailatpam said this at a press conference held at the office of Directorate of Social Welfare and added that the Swachhata Pakhwada was being organised as a part of Nationwide observation of Swachhata Pakhwada from November 1 to November 15 .

MCPCR appealed the public to extend support in the campaign and said the commission is also giving awareness about the harmful effects of e-waste and on how to properly dispose of such e-waste.
