KBC�CC celebrates golden Jubilee

Kangpokpi, February 12 2018: KBC Centre Church, Salem village, Sapormeina (KBC No 4) celebrated its golden jubilee yesterday with pomp and gaiety.

Members of KBC Centre Church, Salem Village, Sapormeina (KBC No 4) erected a golden jubilee monolith on the occasion so as to commemorate the efforts of the past leaders and members and honouring their sacrifice.

Rev Dr Hawlngam Haokip, president KBC unveiled and dedicated the jubilee monolith after Rev Dr Thongkhosei Haokip, general secretary KBC hoisted the jubilee flag during the celebration organized under the theme "glory be to god now and forever" .

A souvenir published by the Church to commemorate the golden jubilee was released and dedicated by the local Church Pastor Rev Ngulkhopao Haokip in the presence of Jubilee Speaker Rev Dr Hawlngam Haokip and other dignitaries.

Aged persons of the Church, Pastors and Golden Jubilee Committee members also rang a traditional gong fifty times to commemorate the golden jubilee.
