'Krishi Choupal' screened at KVK Imphal West

Imphal, February 08 2025: ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Imphal West, successfully organised the screening of the third episode of 'Krishi Choupal' at its office premises today.

According to a release issued by KVK Imphal West, the event was graced by Dr Laishram Kanta Singh, Senior Scientist & Head, ICAR-KVK Imphal West; Dr Th Motilal Singh, SMS (Agricultural Extension); S Gunamani Singh, SMS (Plant Breeding); Dr Lydia Zimik, SMS (Agronomy) and Dr Ch Roben Singh, SMS (Agronomy) .

At the event, Dr Laishram Kanta Singh emphasized the importance of the Integrated Farming System (IFS) in enhancing farm productivity and sustainability.

Essential agricultural inputs were also distributed to the participants to support their farming activities.

A total of 30 participants, including 25 farmers, actively participated in the session, engaging in discussions on innovative agricultural practices highlighted in the episode.
