Imphal, August 06 2013: Altogether 30 live ammunitions of AK rifle were seized from a jawan of 30-Assam Rifles at Imphal Airport here today.

The jawan has been identified as Havildar Sunil Kumar (35) posted at Mantripukhri.

He was arrested by CISF personnel along with the bullets while trying to board an Air India flight (No.AI 3218) at around 6.45 am today.

However, the matter was settled between the CISF officials and CO of 30-Assam Rifles, who came personally to the airport.
